Weekly coaching callJune 11, 20263 min read

Progress comes from action, not perfection

This week's Let Go Boss coaching call was filled with breakthroughs, accountability, and real-world examples of entrepreneurs taking action to move their businesses forward.

One of the biggest themes of the call was simple:

Stop waiting for perfect. Start building.

Start With the Problem, Not the Product

Steve shared how he is preparing to launch ResiFix, his AI-powered software for residential contractors.

Instead of immediately promoting his software, he is focusing on understanding the real pain points contractors experience every day.

The strategy discussed was to:

Join communities where ideal customers already gather

Ask questions about their biggest challenges

Create conversations instead of advertisements

When you understand the problem deeply, your solution becomes much easier to sell.

Validate Before You Scale

Romana shared her progress on becoming a certified breathwork facilitator.

She has completed her one-on-one practicum sessions and is now preparing to lead group breathwork sessions as part of her certification process.

The discussion focused on:

Building confidence through experience

A powerful reminder emerged:

Your first clients don't need to pay full price. They simply need to help you validate your offer and provide feedback.

Every successful business starts with a first customer.

Testimonials Are Business Assets

Nicole successfully recorded a client testimonial and is now working on editing and publishing it.

The coaching focused on making testimonials more effective by:

Highlighting the strongest moments first

Creating shorter social media versions

Adding captions and clear outcomes

Publishing both long and short versions

People trust real results more than marketing claims.

Your clients become your best sales team when their stories are shared effectively.

Technology Should Simplify Growth

The conversation also explored how entrepreneurs can use automation, AI, and CRM systems to simplify operations.

Automated follow-up processes

Business operating systems

The goal is not to add complexity.

The goal is to create systems that free up time and allow founders to focus on serving clients and growing their businesses.

Basim shared a personal reflection from his travels through Europe.

He discussed an important realization:

There are people who spend their lives building and people who spend their lives criticizing, destroying, or tearing things down.

The Let Go Boss community is built for builders.

People who create. People who serve. People who improve. People who keep moving forward despite setbacks.

That mindset is often the difference between success and failure.

Before ending the call, members committed to specific actions:

Steve will create pain-point discovery content and market research campaigns.

Romana will organize her first group breathwork session and begin creating paid offers.

Nicole will edit and publish her testimonial content and continue building her marketing systems.

The focus remains the same:

Take one meaningful step forward every week.

Small actions, repeated consistently, create extraordinary results.

You do not need a perfect website, perfect branding, or perfect marketing to move forward.

Keep building. Keep learning. Keep showing up.

Success belongs to the people who continue taking action long after others quit.

See you on next week's coaching call.

The weekly call

Bring your biggest problem. We solve it on the call.

Not a webinar and not a pitch. We go round and ask everyone what they are blocked on, pick one, and deal with it properly in front of everybody.

  1. 1

Everyone says what they are stuck on

Round the room, briefly. Most people find somebody else has the same problem.

  2. 2

We pick one and teach the theory

Why it happens and how to think about it, so you can handle it yourself the next time it comes up.

  3. 3

Then we actually fix it, live

The second half is the doing. Not slides about the solution, the solution, built while you watch.
