Sadia is the person who answers. She keeps work moving, knows where everything stands, and picks up the line when you call or text.
She often replies faster than anyone else on the team and can patch you straight through to Basim when it needs him.
She came to client success through marketing rather than support, with more than three years running campaigns for brands in the United States, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan: paid advertising, email and SMS, search visibility and the reporting behind all of it. Before that she taught for two and a half years, which is better preparation than it sounds. Bachelor of Science from Karachi University, with certifications from the Institute of Business Administration and Google.
