How we build

When the thing you need does not exist yet.

Most agencies can only sell you what their software already does. When the thing you need does not exist yet, they tell you it is out of scope.

We build it. Claude is how a rough idea becomes a working screen in an afternoon rather than a quote in three weeks, and it is why 'can you make it do this?' is usually a yes here.

Software is layer three of the five we work through. The Engine covers what good software already does. This page is what happens when it does not.

Before anything gets built

The expensive mistake is building the wrong thing well. This is the part most agencies skip because it used to take weeks, and it is the part that makes everything after it cheaper.

Journey mapping

Every step a customer takes from never having heard of you to paying you again, laid out end to end. It is how you find the three places you are quietly losing people.

Where does an enquiry go cold, and who was supposed to catch it?

Empathy mapping

What your customer is actually thinking, worrying about and hoping for at each of those steps. Not demographics: the sentence in their head at 11pm.

What does somebody need to believe before they will hand over a deposit?

Persona mapping

The two or three kinds of buyer you really have, described so specifically that your whole team recognizes them on a call.

Is this the price-first buyer or the fix-it-for-me buyer, and does the offer match?

Screen and dashboard design

Real screens you can click through before anybody writes code, so you change your mind while changing it is still free.

One dashboard that answers the three questions you open five tabs for.

And then it gets built

Custom apps

Portals, calculators, intake tools, internal dashboards. The things your business needs that no off-the-shelf product sells.

AI that does a real job

Agents that answer, qualify, summarise and follow up in your voice, wired into the systems you already use rather than sitting in a separate tab.

The awkward integrations

The two systems that were never meant to talk to each other, made to talk to each other. This is most of what Jek does.

Research and analysis

Competitor teardowns, pricing studies, and going through your own data to find what is actually driving revenue.

Before you roll your eyes at another AI page

It is a tool, not a magic trick

Claude makes good people faster. It does not make bad decisions good, and it does not replace knowing what your business needs. A person still holds the pen.

You get shown the work

Everything built this way is built in front of you or handed over with an explanation. You are not being sold a black box you cannot maintain.

It is why quotes come back smaller

The honest reason to care is cost. Work that used to take three weeks of developer time takes days, and the price reflects it.

Where this fits

The playbook says what to do. A fuel plan is how it gets done.

Every step in the 10-Step Playbook is something we can execute for you, and this is the layer that handles the steps no software covers. Work through it yourself if you would rather. The whole thing is free and always will be.
