The Engine

One platform your whole business runs on.

The Engine is what every fuel plan runs on. CRM, automations, AI agents, sites and funnels, reporting and every conversation, in one system instead of seven that do not talk to each other.

It is the backbone, not the whole toolkit. We also build with Claude, Codex and whatever else is best that week, and when nothing off the shelf fits we write custom software instead. See everything we build with

What it actually does

CRM and pipelines

Every contact, deal and conversation in one place, with a stage and an owner. The part most businesses are missing.

Automations

Intake, reminders, follow-up, invoicing and reporting running whether or not you are at your desk.

AI agents

Reply, qualify and book in seconds, trained on how you actually talk, handing warm leads to a human with context.

Sites, funnels and forms

Pages that feed the pipeline directly instead of emailing you a form you might read.

Reporting

Where leads come from, what converts and what a campaign actually returned.

Conversations

SMS, email, calls and social messages in one inbox, with the history attached to the contact.

Software alone never fixed anything

Plenty of businesses buy a platform, log in twice, and go back to the spreadsheet. Not because the software was bad, but because an empty system is just another thing on the to-do list.

The Engine arrives configured. Your pipelines, your automations, your AI trained on how you actually talk, your data migrated in. Built on infrastructure we have refined across a sixteen-brand portfolio, and run by people who are in it every day.

You are not buying a login. You are buying a system that is already working on day one.

  • Configured around your business rather than handed to you empty
  • Our automations, pipelines and AI prompts, refined across a 16-brand portfolio
  • Your existing data migrated in, not left behind
  • A team who builds in it daily and a help desk that never closes
  • Usage billed transparently, itemized line by line

Why people move onto it

Everything in one place

Contacts, conversations, calendars, campaigns and invoices in a single system, so nothing needs syncing.

Unlimited team seats

Add your whole team without the bill changing. Per-seat pricing is why most CRMs get quietly expensive.

AI that answers

Agents reply, qualify and book across SMS, email, chat and social, trained on how you talk.

Sales and marketing together

The campaign that generated a lead and the pipeline it lands in are the same system.

Commerce and communities

Sell products, run memberships and host courses without another subscription.

Yours to keep

Your data, automations and pages stay yours. Leave and you take them with you.

The stack it replaces

Most businesses do not have one bill, they have nine. Each with its own login, its own renewal date, and a gap where it should be talking to the next one.

Everything it does, in the order you need it

Find the part of your business that is not working and see what handles it. You will not use all of this on day one and nobody expects you to.

Get more leads in the door

Attract the right people, turn interest into leads, and keep the pipeline full without chasing.

  • CRM
  • Voice AI
  • Forms, surveys and quizzes
  • Websites, funnels and landing pages
  • Chat widget with conversation AI
  • Call tracking
  • Inbound SMS and social DMs
  • Social planner
  • Missed-call text back
  • QR codes
  • Ad manager for Google and Meta

The platform underneath

You are not betting on a tool somebody built last year

The Engine is our build on top of HighLevel, our software partner. The question behind “should I move my business onto this” is usually whether it will still be here in three years, so here is the platform it runs on.

Prices are typical entry-level plans for each category, not a quote for your business. Somebody paying more than this will recognise themselves, and somebody paying less should not feel misled. The total is the sum of the rows above.

How it compares to the CRMs you have heard of

HubSpot and Salesforce are good products priced for companies with a procurement department. The Engine does the same job for a business that has neither, and includes the people to run it. Both pages show their public list prices, the yearly total, and the two rows where they genuinely win.

Public list prices checked August 2026, gathered with HighLevel, our software partner.

How it compares

Not a claim that the others are bad software. They are priced per seat or per hub, and then need the rest of the stack bolted on. The Engine is one line item for the whole team.

Public list prices checked August 2026. Vendors change pricing; check their sites for the current figure. Engine usage (messages, minutes, AI) is billed on what you actually use, itemized below.

What usage costs

Engine CRM usage is pay-per-use and billed on top of your plan. You only pay for what you actually send and use. Every charge is itemized in the billing section of your dashboard, line by line, so you can see exactly where it went.

Text messages

Outbound and inbound SMS and MMS, charged per segment sent or received.

Phone calls

Inbound and outbound call minutes, plus recording and transcription where enabled.

Phone numbers

Monthly rental for each number you keep, and any number verification or registration.

Emails

Charged per email sent through the Engine, including campaigns and automations.

AI usage

Conversations handled by AI agents, content generation, and voice minutes.

Verification

Email validation and carrier registration where a campaign requires it.

When the Engine is not the answer

Plenty of what we build never touches a CRM. Client portals, internal tools, self-service products, things built with Claude that did not exist as a category a year ago. If you came here with a software problem rather than a marketing one, that is still us.

You can see everything

Your contacts, your conversations, your automations and your reporting are all visible to you in one place, itemized down to the line. Nothing about how your business runs is hidden from you inside our tooling.
