Halaler
Halaler Sparks Connections with 25K App Store Downloads
Halaler is basically Tinder for Muslims. This dating app helps match people in a niche demographic. We coached them on market entry strategy and user experience from idea to beta launch.
Challenge
Halaler needed help defining their market entry strategy, demographic needs, and prioritizing user stories to develop and test before launch.
To win more users, we needed to embark on an ambitious marketing campaign to present Halaler as a niche alternative to mainstream options.

Understand User Needs
Solution
We designed user screens and advised on digital marketing strategy. We also conducted A/B testing and helped get their product into beta launch on the Apple App Store.
Highlights
Results
We successfully launch this app within 90 days on the app stores! After a good run, Halaler's investors chose to pivot in another direction. Halaler was able to prove the concept but decided not to scale and expand their presence. We are happy for them!
For software and tech
You can build the product. It is the go-to-market that stalls.
That is what we built for Halaler. Technical founders rarely need help shipping. What tends to be missing is everything around it: the funnel, the follow-up, the onboarding and the reporting that tells you which of it is working. We build that, and where nothing off the shelf fits, we build the software for it too.
- Go-to-market built by people who have shipped it before
- Custom builds when no tool actually fits
- We will tell you honestly if you do not need us
Thirty minutes, free, and you will speak to Basim rather than a salesperson. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better. Not ready for a calendar? Leave us a sentence instead and we will ring you.
