Escaping Death by PowerPoint: A Storytelling Revolution
National Nigerian Petroleum Corporation hired us to train 300 engineers the art of storytelling, how to get to the point and not be boring. A very hands-on coaching transformation workshop.
Challenge
Death by PowerPoint. Engineers getting too technical. Messages being lost. Decisions held hostage because people don’t get to the point.
To win hearts and minds, this elite class of high-potentials were sent on a transformational course to change the way they communicate forever.

Solution
As soon as people walked in, we had them present on video. We then taught storytelling based on advertising theory. How to captivate your audience. How to give your elevator pitch. How to capture hearts and minds with allegory. Then we videotaped again and coached until perfection.

Results
This workshop changed people's lives. By the end of the course, people were presenting with passion. They got to the point. They weren't boring. They grabbed the audience's attention and are now winning hearts and minds as future leaders of NNPC.
For industrial and energy
Long sales cycles need follow-up that never gets bored.
That is what we built for NNPC. When a deal takes eighteen months, the thing that loses it is rarely price. It is the six months in the middle where nobody followed up because everybody was busy. Systems do not get bored, do not forget and do not leave for a competitor.
- Nurture that runs for as long as the cycle does
- Every conversation in one place, not in someone's inbox
- Your data stays yours, and you keep it
Thirty minutes, free, and you will speak to Basim rather than a salesperson. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better. Not ready for a calendar? Leave us a sentence instead and we will ring you.
