PresQ
Corporate Exit: PresQ's Independent Consulting Journey
PresQ is a project management rescue service. This client wanted to exit corporate but do so while testing the waters. We set up his side-hustle that would help him exit and pursue his dream.
Challenge
PresQ wanted to start small and take all their wonderful experience and create a niche offering that didn’t exist before. The owner needed to create a funnel of opportunity to jump ship.
The biggest challenge was being able to portray his experience in a way that didn’t compromise the confidentiality of work.
Create Niche Offering
Respect Confidentiality
Solution
We created a simple yet elegant website that credentialed all of the client's past work in a way that was safe to use for bolstering credibility. The idea was to blog to attract clients until gaining critical mass needed.
The best part was training PresQ to expand the website as needed in the future. The modular design allowed the client to add more pages as needed, as they grew their presence online.
Highlights
Results
PresQ was able to do a soft launch online. They want to grow slow and steady, expanding business in the next few years. They now have a brand vehicle to use when engaging with clients to command a decent bill rate. Finally, once a dream, now a reality.
For consultants and advisors
Your pipeline should not depend on how busy you were last month.
That is what we built for PresQ. The consulting trap is famous for a reason: you deliver, so you stop selling, so three months later there is nothing in the diary. Marketing that keeps running while you are heads-down with a client is the thing that breaks that cycle, and it is mostly a systems problem rather than a hustle problem.
- A pipeline that keeps filling while you deliver
- Booking and follow-up that needs none of your time
- Thirty minutes, free, and useful whether or not we work together
Thirty minutes, free, and you will speak to Basim rather than a salesperson. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better. Not ready for a calendar? Leave us a sentence instead and we will ring you.
